Welcome to Our Club

Our Clubhouses and facilities are open to members and their guests throughout the year. Our property includes two historic clubhouses, a Senior and Junior house, as well as multiple docking areas and parking spaces. 

The Senior Clubhouse is home to our Galley, dining area, as well as our upstairs retreat, gathering spaces and the Dellenbaugh Library. Additional gathering and dining space is available on our lawn, and on a nice night members can be found enjoying the outdoor spaces, including both Upper and Lower decks. The Junior Clubhouse holds our Club Manager and staff offices, as well as the Sailing Center, Crow's Nest conference room and dedicated coaching spaces used by High School, Junior and Adult sailing programs. 

Pequot Yacht Club is situated in Southport Harbor at the mouth of the Mill River. Approaching our harbor and mooring field can be intimidating, and it is important that all vessels navigate within the federally marked channel. The first vessels moored just past the break wall are part of the town of Fairfield anchorage. All guests should proceed up the harbor toward the fuel dock and call our launch on VHF channel 69. All moored vessels in our anchorage are secured both fore and aft. Other than launch service we have a dinghy dock should visitors wish to use their own tender.
